The programme aims to produce graduates familiar with research methodology and terminology in management and complementary disciplines such as economics, finance, and legal sciences. Graduates possess advanced knowledge in management, know the principles of creating various forms of entrepreneurship, and are prepared to solve problems related to the functioning of an organization within its technological, social, political, and ecological environment.

Graduate Profile: Knowledge

• Has knowledge of the nature of management science and its methodological links with other scientific disciplines.
• Understands the terminology and methodology of research in management, quality sciences, economics, finance, and legal sciences.
• Has knowledge of the functioning of organizations, their goals, structures, operations, cultures, and relations with the environment.
• Knows the procedures of effective management, including operational, marketing, financial, and personnel functions.
• Knows methods and tools for obtaining, analyzing, and protecting data needed to make decisions in organizations.

Graduate Profile: Skills

• Able to correctly interpret social, political, legal, economic, and technological phenomena and their impact on organizations.
• Independently analyzes decision-making situations, selects appropriate decisions, and assesses their market, financial, and social effects.
• Prepares analyses, diagnoses, and reports on the functioning of an organization, sector, and the economy both individually and in teams.
• Ability to prepare oral presentations and written assignments using theoretical approaches and various sources in English and Polish.
• Possesses basic research skills such as formulation of research problems, selection of methods, and development of results in management science.

Social Competencies

• Can make critical judgements related to the functioning of the organization and the economy as a whole.
• Able to think and act in an entrepreneurial manner.
• Demonstrates sensitivity to ethical and social issues and cultural differences.
