They can independently and collectively prepare analyzes, diagnoses, and reports on complex and unusual problems. Graduates also have an in-depth ability to prepare oral presentations and conduct debates with the use of basic theoretical approaches and various sources.
In addition to technical skills, the program also emphasizes the development of social competences. Graduates of the program can think and act in an entrepreneurial way on a global scale, and they show sensitivity to ethical, social, and cultural differences. They are ready to develop industry ethical standards and can critically assess complex situations and phenomena related to the functioning of organizations, sectors, and the entire economy.
The MFS program prepares students for various job opportunities, including marketing, production management and logistics, processes optimization for production and logistics, new product developers, analysts of the broadly understood agri-food sector, consultants and advisers, specialists in food quality assurance, and in food security management. The program also promotes entrepreneurship and self-employment by enhancing start-ups development.
