This master's degree programme in International Business and Negotiations at Collegium Civitas aims to provide students with a profound knowledge of core business disciplines and skills needed to work in a cross-cultural environment. It focuses on economic, legal, and political issues in an international business context, as well as the highly sensitive nature of cultural differences. The programme offers specialized courses in standard business practices, ethics, economics, and law, and allows students to focus on subsets of the field such as marketing, finance, and accounting.
Through this programme, students will gain practical knowledge in business theories and their practical application, negotiations and international business, global markets and regions, the global context of business, world cultures and societies, and ethical issues that can arise from business activities. Students will also gain practical skills in critical and analytical thinking, creative and effective communication within international settings, approaching issues from different perspectives, solving business problems by applying quantitative methods, identifying and handling challenges of global sustainability, and working effectively in teams. Upon completion of this programme, graduates will have job opportunities in commercial companies, non-profit organizations, government agencies, export departments, international sales and marketing, scientific institutes, and can even start their own business.

The program is offered only if a required minimum number of students opt for it.Poland conforms to the guidelines from the Bologna Process in European higher education. Degree awarded upon graduation is: Magister (second cycle studies; the Polish equivalent of the Master’s degree; similar to MA title). Upon graduation, the Student receives a Diploma of completion of studies together with a Diploma Supplement (copy of the Diploma translated into English, describing the degree, level and specialisation).After having successfully completed this program, students will be granted a diploma of Magister in International Relations, specialisation: International Business and Negotiations.
