The Managing Enterprise of the Future M.Sc. programme offered by Poznan University of Technology is a 3-semester programme designed to equip students with comprehensive knowledge and skills in different functional areas of enterprise management. The programme is taught in English and is open to students with a Bachelor of Science degree or equivalent.
In the first semester, students will take courses in macroeconomics, statistical methods, enterprise management, strategic management, and other related courses. The second semester covers topics such as e-business marketing, psychology of management, production management in Industry 4.0, human capital management, and foreign language. In the third semester, students will take courses in innovations management, international marketing, entrepreneurship, and other related courses.
The programme also includes a diploma seminar and a research project, which evaluates the promoter as part of the seminar. Graduates of the programme are well-prepared to work in managerial positions in different industries, and they are also equipped with the necessary knowledge to start their own businesses.
Moreover, students have the option to select a double degree option with IAE School of Management, University Lille 1 France, where they can earn a Master Administration des Entreprises – International Executif degree. The programme is delivered through lectures, classes, laboratory classes, projects, and internships, and it is aimed at students who want to gain a deeper understanding of the different functional areas of enterprise management
