The Sustainable Manager specialization at Collegium Civitas focuses on developing competences for sustainable development of organizations, communities, societies, and economies. The program aims to equip students with a complexity mindset and essential skills toolkit for sustainable project management.Students will learn about organizational development trends within a complex multi-structured economy, systems thinking approach, innovative business models, and multi-faceted sustainable management techniques. They will also gain experience in building networks and systems around objectives that support sustainable development and collaboratively managing the process of change.
