The International Business Management program at Collegium Civitas is a 3-year full-time undergraduate program that prepares students for a career in international business. The program focuses on economic, legal, and political issues in an international business context, as well as cultural differences.
Students will learn about business theories and their practical application, globalization, regionalization, and intercultural approaches to international business. They will also gain practical skills in critical and analytical thinking, recognizing ethical issues, research methods, oral communication, and teamwork.
The program will equip graduates for careers in commercial companies, non-profit organizations, government agencies, export departments, international sales and marketing, scientific institutes, and academia. Graduates will have the necessary knowledge and skills to work in consultancy, strategic advice, or international affairs.
The program is based in Warsaw, which provides students with direct access to regional resources such as scientific conferences, key journal articles, and economic information. This ensures that students have a deep understanding of the complexities of internationalization and are prepared for the demands of the global market.

Please note, that the schedule of courses may be different for students starting the program in the spring semester than for students staring the program in the winter semester.
After having successfully completed this programme, students will be granted a diploma of Licencjat in Management, specialisation: International Business Management.
Poland conforms to the guidelines from the Bologna Process in European higher education. Degree awarded upon graduation is: Licencjat (first cycle studies; the Polish equivalent of the Bachelor’s degree; similar to BA title). Upon graduation, the Student receives a Diploma of completion of studies together with a Diploma Supplement (copy of the Diploma translated into English, describing the degree, level and specialisation)
