The GlobalMBA program is a second cycle, full-time study program in the field of "International Management and Intercultural Communication in Business - Global MBA." It is offered by a consortium of four universities, including the University of Warsaw in Poland, Technische Hochschule Köln in Germany, University of North Florida in the United States, and Kyungpook National University in South Korea.
The program offers graduate students the opportunity to combine intensive classroom study with residential experiences in each of the four countries. The curriculum includes courses in the international and global aspects of each business discipline, intercultural communication, and international business environments in each country. All instruction is in English.
The program's aims are to provide students with a unique and challenging academic and social experience that prepares them for exciting careers in international business. The program emphasizes the importance of intercultural communication skills and problem-solving skills in the international environment of the enterprise. The program also focuses on the development of digital skills and transversal competences. Upon graduation, students will have gained the knowledge, skills, and social competences necessary to work in various sectors, including transnational corporations, international organizations, governmental administration, municipal administration, and non-profit organizations.
