Our graduates in International Management are characterized by their creativity and flexibility, and their ability to adapt their competences to the changing labor market. They are proactive, demonstrate an innovative attitude, and are open to new solutions. Throughout their studies, students acquire interpersonal skills as well as those associated with self-presentation and group work, which are essential for managerial positions at various levels. These competences are particularly important for effective functioning in a culturally diverse environment.
An important element of the didactic process is to leave students a high degree of independence, which influences the formation of the graduate's social maturity and internal motivation to achieve the set goals. Our graduates have the skills to recognize, diagnose, and solve problems of managing human, material, and financial resources, as well as information in the international environment. They are prepared to work as specialists and managers (middle and senior management) in enterprises operating on the international stage, as well as to run their own business.
During the course, we place emphasis on developing sensitivity towards cultural differences and understanding their importance for the functioning of multicultural organizations, as well as on developing group work skills. The development of skills related to critical thinking, creative problem solving, and group work is supported by the use of appropriate teaching methods, such as case studies, project work, and e-learning.
