The University of Lower Silesia (ULS) is a private university and is located in Wrocław. It was founded in 2001 and was one of the first private universities established in Poland after the fall of communism.

ULS offers undergraduate and graduate programs in fields such as psychology, management, tourism and computer science. The university's curriculum is designed to meet the needs of the job market with a focus on practical skills and hands-on experience
